Refund Policy

Overview
Genosm is committed to providing high-quality clinical tools for healthcare professionals. To maintain our platform and cover the substantial costs associated with AI processing and secure clinical data storage, we operate a strict refund policy.
1. Free Trial & Cancellations
Most Genosm plans include a 7-day free trial period.
- • Cancellation Window: You must cancel your subscription before the 7-day trial period expires to avoid being charged.
- • How to Cancel: Cancellations can be performed directly within your account settings page. Upon cancellation, your trial will end immediately.
2. No Refund Policy
Once the 7-day trial period has concluded and your payment method has been successfully charged, no refunds will be entertained.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- ✗Partial months or years of service
- ✗Unused AI credits or features
- ✗Forgotten cancellations after the trial period
- ✗Change of mind after payment processing
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access to clinical tools.
- • Responsibility: It is the user's sole responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel before the renewal date if they no longer wish to use the Service.
- • Renewal Charges: Renewal charges are final and non-refundable.
4. Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime plan purchases are one-time payments that provide permanent access to core Genosm features. All Lifetime purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are only made in the event of documented technical failure of the Service that prevents access for more than 48 consecutive hours, or as required by applicable local law.
