1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Genosm ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Genosm provides a web-based genogram creation and analysis platform for healthcare professionals. Features include AI-powered genogram generation, clinical insights, and document export capabilities.

3. Account Registration

• •You must provide accurate account information
• •You are responsible for maintaining account security
• •One account per individual user
• •You must be 18 years or older to use the Service

4. Subscription & Payment

Trial Period

• •1-week free trial with payment information required (Monthly and Yearly plans only)
• •Trial includes 5 AI calls
• •Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• •Lifetime plan does not include a trial (one-time purchase)

Billing

• •Monthly ($9.99/month), Yearly ($99.99/year), or Lifetime ($149.99 one-time) plans available
• •Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• •Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with permanent access to all core features (excludes AI features)
• •Strict no-refund policy for all processed charges (see Section 5 for details)
• •Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Refund Policy

Genosm operates a strict refund policy to ensure the sustainability of our platform and AI processing costs:

• • Trial Cancellations: You must cancel your subscription before the 7-day trial period expires to avoid any charges.
• • No Refunds After Trial: Once the trial period ends and your card has been processed or charged, no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
• • Subscription Renewals: Monthly and Yearly renewals are processed automatically. It is the user's responsibility to cancel before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for renewal charges.
• • Lifetime Purchases: All Lifetime plan purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• ✗Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• ✗Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• ✗Share your account credentials
• ✗Interfere with service operation
• ✗Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• •Clinical data is stored locally on your device
• •You are responsible for backing up your data
• •AI features use anonymization before processing

8. Intellectual Property

• •The Service and its content are owned by Genosm
• •You retain ownership of your genogram data
• •You grant us license to process your data to provide the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genosm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
