2. Description of Service

Genosm provides a web-based genogram creation and analysis platform for healthcare professionals. Features include AI-powered genogram generation, clinical insights, and document export capabilities.

3. Account Registration

  • •You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • •One account per individual user
  • •You must be 18 years or older to use the Service

4. Subscription & Payment

Trial Period

  • •1-week free trial with payment information required
  • •Trial includes 5 AI calls
  • •Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges

Billing

  • •Monthly ($9.99/month) or Yearly ($99.99/year) plans available
  • •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • •No refunds for partial billing periods
  • •Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • ✗Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • ✗Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
  • ✗Share your account credentials
  • ✗Interfere with service operation
  • ✗Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

7. Intellectual Property

  • •You retain ownership of your genogram data

Clinical Disclaimer: Genosm is a tool to assist clinical work. It is not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content and making independent clinical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genosm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
